The hard to pronounce FICGLB, acronym for “Festival Internacional de Cine Gay y Lesbico de Barcelona” will take place between 19 and 29 October, at La Filmoteca de Catalunya.
This will be the 17th edition of this international festival of Barcelona. Once more, the aim is promoting tolerance and respect for all sexual orientations. This year’s program brings together the characteristics of a plural vision of non-heterosexual feelings.
Fifty-four titles from around the world will be featured in Filmoteca and other theaters, starting by an inaugural session with the short film “davy & GOLIATH” and the featured film “Say Yes”. The session will be presented by their directors, Stewart Wade and Charles Lum.
Furthermore, the guest country of this edition will be Cuba, which will show us films of its young talents.
